The smoking rooms were really smoky smelling. I know it's a smoking room, but other hotels seem to be better able to keep the smells in check.

I loved the Bliss products in the bathroom. I loved the view from lobby.

It was further than I thought to Water Tower and Michigan Avenue shopping, was very cold out and walk seemed so far.

Very chic, upscale hotel with a killer view.

I have stayed at many five star hotels, and this by far was my best experience!

It was unfortunate that the pool was closed for maintenance during out stay.

The staff at this hotel were top notch! I was treated like royalty! The restaurant was a wonderful dining experience! We will definitely return to this location for a quick getaway.
